I know it's going to snow quite yet, but power outages are here already!  Our Kirkland store (and a lot of the Kirkland area) just had a major power outage that caused our Battery Backup (UPS) to stay off for 'overload'.  This means we were down until someone found it beeping over in the corner.  

Great reminder for everyone to make sure they TEST their battery backup every 3 weeks or so by just unplugging it!  Make sure everything runs a few minutes, and you can plug it back in.

If you don't have your computers automatically backing up you should really consider it - the pricing is getting so low you can't afford to not do it.  It might only cost $10 /month or less!
