Condo in Villa Marina for Rent - 1 bed 1 bath - $975

This is a beautiful and updated condo with lots of tile and hardwood.  Stainless fridge, nice private patio, access to the marina and boat launch with plenty of room to park a boat and trailer.

It is 2 minutes to Marymoor Park and the dog park, cats and smaller are allowed with a $500 pet deposit, but a dog will scratch the floor.  There is a school bus stop right outside and the nieghbors are very friendly and quiet.  This is on the ground floor so you don't have to worry about your noise.

There is outdoor storage closet that can fit quite a bit of stuff, and a designated parking spot right in front.  There is a pool and hottub with access keycard.

You would need to use a private mailbox because we still need to keep the mail key and will get our mail every other week and cannot share the mailbox.
